    Would your grandad consider applying for a disabled facilities grant I wonder.When my hubby became disabled and couldn't get into a bath we applied and we had the toilet and bathroom knocked into one and a wet room put in.Best thing we've ever had done.Also we were able to have a stair lift fitted on the same grant and its been a god send to hubby and me.
    These days I think if I need something apply they can only say no but we have been very lucky so have a word with granddad and good luck
