What evidence is sent with the medical assessment?

    Hi everyone,

I am on the assessment rate of ESA at the moment and I was wondering what evidence would the SSA (Social Security Agency) need along with the medical assessment outcome what else would be needed to decide whether or not I get into the WRAG or Support group? I live in Northern Ireland if this helps.

Hi, I filled in the ESA form and enclosed various doctors, consultant letters, reports. I didn't have a face2face assessment. They sent me a letter and I was put into Support Group. Other's here may have different experiences.
