does any one know why letters you send to this place never seem to get there, is it because it doesn't exist, or is it because so many people send mail here ,that royal mail posties cant deliver it all (tongue in cheek).ive been trying for 18 months to be put in support group for esa whenever I phone they tell me oh sorry hav en,t received your form or letter , when will it be sorted . Anyone else having same problems.

had 1 sick note go missing and MR took ages to get to right department was just gonna take MR letter to JC when they phoned to say had received it.

Always send any mail be recorded delivery. If they have signed for it, then lost it surely that's a serious cause for concern as confidential info has gone missing?

I have had 2 IS10s "go missing", including one I sent as recorded mail. Thankfully, in a span of 2 years, all my sick notes have been received.

Remenber that when these mail handling centres sign for a delivery it is for a bag full (size of a 56kg potato bag) at a time, not for individual letters.

Which means it's pretty useless in practice.
