Dwp are classing direct payment are classed as savings

I've been having problems with the dwp they saying direct payments are classed as savings this as been going on for 2 years now our local council are not doing anything

if you are on direct payments be very careful because the dwp could reduce your benefits or even taken me to court to try and get me prosecuted for having a direct payments account because they are saying anything is over £6.000 in the account is class as savings

they add my direct payments to our main account and it just went over the £6.000 most of the money was direct payments money

now we are taking our local council to court if you know any one has had the same problems as us please contact me

    thanks

Why are you taking your local council to court?
