Years ago I had an upper leg ( thigh injury ) purely because I had been sitting with my right under me on my sofa!
Agony followed I just couldn't believe the pain I was tears.
GP referred me for physio once the meds had began to help a little.
When I got to the physio I was told after examination that inflammation from the injury had spread round to the back of leg and right buttock.
She gave me Acupuncture instead of physio.
It really helped - didn't completely take it away and still struggled to lie on right side in bed but it did eventually settle.
Go for it reddivine I'm sure it will help x

Got my x ray results today
No sign of any fracture
Did show arthritis, which I didn't know I had (well not in my back anyway)
Dr said the fall will have aggravated the arthritis, which is why I am in pain
Will request some physio next time I am there, forgot to ask today as it was a telephone consultation and it arrived earlier then expected and I was flustered

Good job I had a profile bed in the extension bedroom!
I was in agony and couldn't sit up myself without the profile bed back being put up - could barely walk!
Tramadol barely helped.

Having pain in back make life more difficult as you wouldn't be able to do the work properly and always feel pain and tired. It is said that when you change your lifestyle then a lot of issues get solved automatically.
You should start focusing on regular exercises, take proper diet, use right chair while working etc etc. I hope it will help you.

I would propose that you visit your nearby A&E ASAP. I may be only it is in every case preferred to be sheltered over heartbroken.
