How to start a new thread.

To start your own new threads:

1. Click on "Forum" in the menu bar at the top of the page.
   
2. Pick which forum bests suits your question. (Usually "Benefits -help & advice......").
3. Click on the big blue "+Post New Thread".
4. Give a short Title for your new thread - Make it relevant so people can easily see what the tread is about.
5. Write your Question or comment in the main editor box.
6. You can click the 'Preview Post' button to see how it will appear to others.
7. When you are happy with what you have written then click the 'Submit New Thread' button.
