Hello,

My name is Sarah and I am a student at Nottingham Trent University. I am currently carrying out some research into the way that disability is represented in the media. I have prepared a questionnaire so I can collect peoples opinions and I would very much appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to have a look at it and share what you think.

The following link should take you to the questionnaire page: http://freeonlinesurveys.com/s.asp?sid=nq5wnwez9ueqzyj463258

Thankyou for taking the time to read this post and I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks,
Sarah

This is the new link for this survey. I would still very much appreciate some responses. It will take very little time for you to take art and I am very interested in hearing your opinions.
