Hello,

My name is Sarah and I am a student at Nottingham Trent University. I am currently carrying out some research into the way that disability is represented in the media. I have prepared a questionnaire so I can collect peoples opinions and I would very much appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to have a look at it and share what you think.
