I am an art student about to start my second year and currently working on a project called Identity. Have been speaking to and working with blind and visually impaired the last week but haven't yet managed to speak to anyone blind from birth as I am very interested in hearing views from people with different life experiences. This is just for project research but would be grateful for any answers or opinions I am given. I would like to know if and how being blind or visually impaired affects your attraction to people for example do you identify as straight/gay/bi-sexual. I know smell and presence play a large role in attraction, I'm just wondering if the gender matters as much? Also would like to know opinions on racial identity and your feelings towards identifying as a particular race and what it means to you?
